Is there really a free plan?

Yes! Our Free plan includes 3 active projects, 5 AI extractions per month, and 1 user. No credit card required to get started.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What are AI extractions?

AI extractions are when Quotably uses AI to read your uploaded text-based documents (specifications, scope of works, job descriptions) and automatically extract line items, quantities, and scope of work into a structured BOQ. Each document processed counts as one extraction.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Pro is $758/year (instead of $948) and Team is $1,430/year (instead of $1,788).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Australian-hosted infrastructure and follow industry best practices for data security. Your project data is never shared with other users.

Can I add more users on the Team plan?

The Team plan includes up to 10 users. If you need more, contact us at support@quotably.info and we can arrange a custom plan for your business.
